Refund policy
We want you to love your comfort items! However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out or arrive incorrect or damaged.
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. If you are looking to return or exchange a gifted item, please let us know at cs@taylorleecomfort.com
For returns you will just need to pay for the return shipping label during the return process. Return shipping labels cost a flat rate of $10, which will be subtracted from your refund after your item has been received/inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Refund Policy
If the item is unworn/still in new condition, we will issue your refund to the original payment method minus the shipping label cost. We will notify you once we’ve received your return.
Returns and Exchanges
Once your return is processed in our system you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the return shipping label cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for items available in-stock and are subject to a shipping/handling fee. Once the exchange has been initiated we will follow-up with an email to finalize your exchange. Should your returned item(s) not arrive back to us in proper return condition, you will be charged for the exchanged product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the shipping label fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not noted the returned funds within 5 business days of your refund email, please let us know at cs@taylorleecomfort.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
